About
I don’t believe there’s just one right way of eating.
Information and support are power.
We’re all bio individuals and need to eat according to what makes our bodies feel right.
With the right information and support, you can make dramatic improvements in your quality of your life. Be Well Mind & Body is here to guide and empower you on your health and wellness journey.
What to know about Be Well Mind & Body

It’s not generic.
Our plans aren’t generalized or based on group statistics. We’ll be looking at you, your life, and what you need to feel your absolute best.

It’s specific to you.
Step one is a holistic assessment and food/mood awareness. I want to know your nutrition history and start helping you tune into your body’s own wisdom.

It’s designed to be doable.
We’ll pick the top 1 or 2 things to start with and create a plan you can realistically sustain long enough to start seeing real results.

It’s not a diet.
A food plan is only part of it. We’ll also look at managing mindset, stress, sleep, and a host of factors that influence quality of life.

You don’t have to be perfect.
This is safe, nonjudgmental space. Wherever you are, it’s okay. The only goal is to just keep moving forward because we’re in this for life.
“I started Be Well Mind & Body because I want you to have access to reliable nutritional information.”
I’ve been interested in nutrition for a really long time and have been through my own journey of figuring out which foods work with my body and which don’t.
One of my first jobs was working in a hospital under the direction of a dietician. Being young and healthy, I didn’t understand why so many people became so sick they needed special diets for health issues like diabetes and kidney and cardiac disease.
It wasn’t until I got older and began having my own issues, that I started to understand how much the way we live, the way we eat, and the stressors in our lives impact our bodies and our health.
Most of us know nutrition plays a role in our energy and health. But there’s so much conflicting, confusing, inaccurate, and flat out bad advice out there about what we should or shouldn’t be eating, it’s hard to know what advice to follow.
My father and my grandmother both died in their early 50s. I can’t help but think they would have enjoyed better health and been around longer if they’d had the information and support they needed to make healthier choices.
As a wife, business owner, and mother of three boys, I know how stressful life can be and how hard it is to even know what foods go into healthy meals, much less get them on the table for myself and my family.
I became a Nutritional Therapist Practitioner because I want you to have the information and support you need to make healthy choices based on solid research and what your own body tells you.
